Homogenizers
Generally used for making emulsions, suspensions etc. The head is made out of stainless steel with a telescopic stand.Available in various models from 3 H.P. to 10 H.P.

Stirrer / Agitator
Suitable for syrups / orals / liquids available from 1 H.P. to 10 H.P. motor sizes. Z type clamp used for mounting of the stirrer. Available in G.M.P. and non G.M.P. models.

This is a volumetric principle-filling machine. This unit is fully automatic unit and can be coupled with an unscrambler to feed the bottles to the in feed conveyor of this machine. This machine achieves the complete operation of filling the bottles automatically and accurately.

The complete filling sequence for different fill sizes is programmable for the speed with the movement of a switch, achieves complete synchronization automatically. The fill range of this machine can be adjusted from 30 ml to 1000 ml with the change of syringes. Higher fill volumes can be achieved by taking multiple strokes of the syringes. The number of filling head can be either 4,6 or 8 depending upon the output required from this unit. Usually we get an output of 80-160 bottles per minute. This also depends on the fill volume of the bottle & number of filling heads.

The filling machine is further attached to a manual capping machine (pedal type) which is to be operated by an operator who would carry the bottle from the filling section, place the cap on the bottles neck and seal it with the help of the rotating head. This operation is also done automatically by connecting an online automatic bottle capping machine.

The sealed bottles are then carried towards the inspection table by means of a slat conveyor, where the bottles are visually inspected by the operator for any particles in the filled liquid. This process is simultaneously carried out in a white & black background and thereafter the bottles are further transferred for next operation, i.e. labeling / packaging.

This machine can be adapted to a wide variety of bottle shapes and liquids properties and can be used in various Industries such as Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, Agrochemicals, Consumer goods, Chemicals, Etc. This machine can be used for any type of liquids, Pharmachem has the experience and confidence to handle moist corrosive liquids as well where SS 316L also cannot be used.

The compact designed unit consist of two stainless steel syringes with non return value and HDPE piston ring for accurate filling.

Output : 4000 to 10,000 bottles per shift.

Filter Press

Colloid Mill
This unit is ideal for homogenizing, dispersing, mixing of products. The operation is based on rotor - stator principal. The above unit is available in plain as well as water jacketed models which are suitable for heat sensitive products, the product is fed by specially designed hopper to the operating area of the rotor, having a speed of 3000 rpm. the product is processed by a high shear, pressure and friction between stator and rotor. Tapering of the rotor and stator the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. The product continuously leaves the mill though a drain pipe or it can be recirculated if required.

The above unit is used in pharma, chemicals, food, cosmetic industries.

It is designed to clean various types of glass bottles or plastic/metal containers either round or odd shaped, subjecting it to a series of distinct processing operations. The washing is by means of powerful stationary water jets in three different sections with varying duration. The output attained from this equipment is 50 to 95 bottles per minute.

Automatically Labels on Round Containers of Glass & Plastic, with Wrap Round Labels and also Flag Type in the Vertical Position by using Cold Glue.
