Vaccum jacketed along with homonizer, ideal for mixing of pharmaceutical creams, ointments, cosmetic creams, herbal creams, ceramics, adhesives, colour and pigments, ink, paste, resins, etc.

The mixer is available in various capacities from 50 kg. to 500 kg.

Suitable for aluminium / plastic / lami tubes of 5 gms. to 150 gms.manually.

Sealing machine suitable for folding the aluminium tubes by hand.

Batch coding optional.

The tube filling, crimping and coding machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of an aluminium-rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes.

The filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with pneumatic device to control tailing. No tube no fill process switches. (Electronic counter provided if required, not included in basic machine) SS plain hopper of 25 kg. Capacity. Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks for fine adjustments and weight accuracy.
(Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.)

The machine is sturdy, compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with SS filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. No tube no fill process switch.

SS plain hopper for of 25 kgs. Capacity. There are volume track for setting fine volume adjustment and accuracy. (Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.) The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminium brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. (Interchangeable hot air blowing nozzles for different tubes provided optional).

It is designed to seal metallic caps / Plastic screw caps of various sizes on the bottles fed on continuous line. It is fully automatic and is of robust construction, complete with a rotary cap feeding hopper and a built in slat conveyor for the incoming and outgoing bottles.

An infeed worm & star wheel of appropriate size, transfer the incoming bottles with caps and feed it under the sealing head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism provides perfect sealing. The sealed bottles are then further transported by another starwheel and outgoing slat conveyor of the machine.
